The One with All the Links & Updates

Can you guys believe it’s the Friday before Thanksgiving?  I can’t believe that 2011 is coming to a close…been a crazy year so far and I have a lot to be thankful for, including the fact that I get to spend Thanksgiving down in Charlotte with Andrew’s family.  It’ll be great to get out of the city for a couple of days!

As you can tell, things have been busy busy around here, and I figured a good recap post would be a good way to end the week.

First things first: Have you liked the PQ Productions page on Facebook yet? I’d love it if you did. Today’s discussion is on books & I love how much you guys like to read!

Speaking of reading, here are some blogs that you may have missed:

The Biggest Lesson I’ve Learned About Being a Grown-Up (This blog)

Twitter: You’re Doing It Wrong (PQ Productions)

Slides from My Presentation on Personal Branding (PQ Productions. I had my first speaking gig at CrushIQ this past week and I spoke about how to develop your personal brand.)

Put Your Best (Online) Face Forward (Twenties Hacker. By the way, if you haven’t checked out this site yet, you are missing out. I’m so excited to be part of this group of amazing bloggers)

On projects…

In case you missed it, I’m still looking for suggestions for the name for our biz-to-GenY blogger network. I have a couple of ideas but this will be YOUR network and just like the opportunities, I want the name to be geared toward you. So, if your creative juices get going, drop me a line or comment on the blog.

Newsletters…

I’ve been sending out newsletters for the project above but I also have a general newsletter for all things about my blog, life, etc.  This newsletter will be a lot more active once I have a better plan for it so if you sign up now, you won’t miss announcements as they happen!

All Things BerrakDC Newsletter

Biz-to-GenY Blogger Network Newsletter

And in honor of Happy Feet Two (Squee!) , I leave you with this:

Hope you have a FANTASTIC weekend! I’ll see you around Twitter.
