Villains, Week 2

First things first. I would like to wish Eid Mubarak to all of my Muslim brothers and sisters 🙂

Now, back to the topic at hand. As always…do not read ahead of if you have NOT watched Week 2 of Heroes/Villains.

I will be honest and say that this week’s episode was a little boring compared to the packed premier but I know that’s natural. So let’s take it one person/team at a time.

Peter’s still stuck in Jesse’s body (Whose power we don’t find out until the middle of the episode) and the villains are on their way to rob a bank. Noah is back to the Company where he founds out from Mama Petrelli that he will be teaming up with Sylar.

Side note: I don’t know what the hell it is but I think Sylar is HELLA hot this season. Oy.

Noah, naturally, isn’t happy about this. Mama Petrelli warns Noah and tells him that Sylar just gives in to his hunger and he really isn’t evil. (Yeah, OK)

Hiro & Ando are in Germany, following the Speedster. She tells them that she works for a guy who pays her to find stuff. She has no idea that she holds the FATE OF THE WORLD. When they get to the movie theater, Hiro and Speedster realize that their powers aren’t working. Hiro sees…THE HAITIAN! (So glad he’s back) walking into the movie theater holding a briefcase. It turns out that he is moving Mama Petrelli’s half of the formula for safe-keeping. What does Hiro do?

Ruin everything. Again. Oh Hiro, when will you learn?

In the meantime, Parkman is still in Africa going on a spirit walk. It turns out that the African (Does he have a name?) has been painting Parkman’s future since he was a little kid.

Team Awesome (Noah and Sylar) arrive at the bank. In the meantime, the villains turn on each other and Peter/Jesse gets made! Uh oh…Noah tells Sylar to stay put, shut up and let him do his job. OK, who fucking loved the part where Sylar goes all FBI on the cops? Geez. So Noah is in the bank, talking to the villains where we find out what Jesse’s power is when Bad-Ass Peter comes out of nowhere to free Emo-Peter from Jesse and takes him to the future. Noah is about to die when Sylar comes in to save the day!

“You told me to stay away so that I would come in, right?”

It turns out Sylar can’t hold off his hunger for at least one person and Jesse gets the ax.

In the meantime, Claire is all rebel-badass at the house and her biological mother says she’ll teach her to fight. Instead, she tricks her so that Claire admits that she doesn’t want to learn to fight to save lives but to get revenge on Sylar. & Then she runs away. Such a typical teenager. *rolls eyes*

Tracy/Niki/Jessica tells Nathan that she wants to find out who this Niki Sanders person is so she goes to New Orleans and finds Niki’s funeral. She then meets Micah who tells her about his power too and finds a common link between Niki & Tracy. Naturally, they were given birth by the same doctor at the same hospital on the same day. What the heck was with the hug Micah gave her? Anyway, Tracy goes to find Dr. Zimmerman.

“Do you know who I am?”
“Know who you are? I created you.”

*Dun dun dunnnnnnnnn*

Oh and Noah tells the Haitian that he’s gonna kill Sylar as soon as he finds his weakness.

OK, theories? Comments? Gripes?

I kinda skimmed. I really need to learn how to program my DVR. I thought I had it set….wrong.

MMM….k….so Sylar was so delicious in this episode…..I totally agree.

I think it was a good ep – we know Niki is really dead, and possibly a clone (probably more like actually).

Peter is out of that body and with future Peter.

Claire is heading off the deepend….

and Ando is turning on Hiro…..and will want the serum Suresh has created, so he can be like Hiro…..

So, all in all, another great installment.

    ….and Sylar……yummmmmm

This was a good ‘builder’ episode. Having another rollercoaster like last week would be really hard to keep up.

What did you think about Sylar, Nathan and Peter being all brothers? It makes some sick sort of sense. Mama isn’t exactly a saint!

I’m going to be bummed when Ando turns stupid. He’s been a good character, but he’s showing signs of becoming and expendable guy in a red shirt.

You totally want Sylar to eat your brain, don’t you? 😛

Yeah, I dunno when it happened but Sylar went and got hot.

    Poor Micah.

How cool was that sonic scream power? Poor Jesse…

Sylar’s hotness really creeped up on us, because he was well, creepy. Now he’s in a nice black suit, and he does manage to clean up well.
The decaf coffee thing was priceless. I thought it was a good episode. Season three starting was like, not being able to have an orgasm for a while. So it was like a nice, long and hard one, but the next couple won’t be so intense. But I’m sure there will be more “sxplosions” sooner.
